New items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. We offer several kayak shipping choices, and usually, it takes about 20 business days to get your kayak. But, if you live somewhere off the beaten path, it might take a tad longer.
