United States:

We ship regular sized items UPS and/or FEDEX Ground. A tracking number is supplied for each shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally.

  • Order value: $.01 - $9.99 = $4.95
  • Order value: $10-$24.99 = $9.95
  • Order value: $25 - $98.99 = $12.95
  • Order value: Over $99 = Free Shipping

Order Pick Up - Kayaks (U.S. only)

We now offer kayak pick up from 92 locations across the United States. You will have the option to select order pick in your shopping cart page. The cost for order pick up is $59 per kayak.

Orders will be available for pick-up approximately 15 days after the date of purchase. When you kayak is ready, you will receive a phone to call to schedule your pick up. Some locations may have limited hours of operation and may not be available on weekends or holidays.

This service is only available for kayaks and not for accessories. If you would like to purchase accessories, they will need to be purchase on a separate order.

Shipping Rates - Kayaks

Kayaks are oversized items that require special handling and delivery services. We offer three convenient shipping speeds to choose from.

  • Courier Shipping: $99 - Estimated Delivery: 25 business days* from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered in up to 10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: $149 - Estimated Delivery: 15 business days from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered in up to 10 business days.
  • Premium Shipping: $199 - Estimated Delivery: 10 business days from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered in up to 10 business days.

Shipping times for items that are pre-order are listed directly on the product page. The shipping provider will call you directly to schedule your delivery appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is correct at checkout.

Beyond Zones

*Our listed shipping rates are for areas that fall within our carrier's standard shipping zones. Zip codes outside of these zones may incur an additional "beyond zone" fee and may require up to an additional 10 business days in transit.

Please note that these shipping rates apply only to the lower 48 states. We regret that we are unable to offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

How to Inspect a Delivered Kayak

It's important to inspect your kayak carefully and thoroughly upon delivery, so that you make sure you have everything you ordered, and that there were no damages in transit. If you have any problems, please call Vibe Customer Service for help.

If the product is signed for without damage being reported or if the driver leaves the property without the damage being reported, Vibe Kayaks won't be able to replace it.

Kayak Shipping Damage Policy


New items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. Items must be in a new condition, not show any use or wear, must have the retail packaging intact, and must be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, the amount of your refund will be reduced.

Rigid (polyethylene) kayaks are not covered by the 14-day return policy and can not be returned. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask their advice.

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.

Vibe Kayaks is not responsible for any shipping fees, nor refund of shipping fees, associated with a customer refusing delivery of their kayak order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they or the person they purchased the kayak for are there at the shipped-to-address to receive the delivery from the shipping carrier, or have someone authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the customer according to shipping carrier policy. If a kayak delivery is refused by the customer and is returned to Vibe Kayaks, Vibe has the right to charge the customer another shipping fee to re-ship the kayak.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed it begins processing and cannot be modified or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may return the order using our returns instructions (listed above).
