This is a gotta have option

When I picked up the my Shearwater I decided to go ahead and get the Versa Pod even though I wasn't sure if it would support my weight or might get in the way a little.
After taking out the Shearwater on 5 fishing trips in 8 days boy am I glad I got it. This thing holds so much tackle that if it's loose bait packs it's hard to find what your looking for. Even though it's not truly made to stand on I have a few times already and it is holding up well. Latches took a little getting used to but once I had opened it on a few fishing trips it's second nature as to which direction they will lock into place.
Hasn't leaked around the seal and the magnetic lure holder works great.
This is as must have option for anyone who isn't planning on using the pedal drive system. Also with the storage the deck stays clean of tackle packs and bags of baits.
