I pre-ordered the Shearwater a few months before it was released. There was some delays due to Covid so I think I finally picked up the boat in early May. There were some very minor issues with the first generation but Vibe customer support has been nothing short of amazing. Every time I've needed a replacement part (always small things, never anything major) customer support has shipped it to me super fast. Even interacting with customer service is a nice experience. I literally can't say enough good things. Since then I've recommended Vibe to all my friends. Vibe has earned my respect and loyalty for life!
