A: If you return your product, Vibe returns the money you paid for the protection plan. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a prorated refund.

Q: What if I purchased my product from a dealer?

A: Currently this plan is only available to purchases made on Vibe Kayaks website. 

Q: Is this available in Canada?

A: Currently this plan is only available in the United States.
