I purchased the Deckpadding for my Yellowfin 120 primarily because I wanted the ability to stand and "sight fish" comfortably. I had taken the kayak out a few times without it and could stand up without much issue, but with wet feet, there was always that slight fear of slipping, which lingered in the back of my mind. After nearly a year of use, I’ve experienced no tearing, fading, or signs of wear. The corners are still securely in place, and best of all, they don’t get hot in the Florida sun.
