Shipping Rates - Accessories

United States:

We ship regular sized items UPS and/or FEDEX Ground. A tracking number is supplied for each shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally.

  • Order value: $.01 - $9.99 = $4.95
  • Order value: $10-$24.99 = $9.95
  • Order value: $25 - $98.99 = $12.95
  • Order value: Over $99 = Free Shipping

Shipping Rates - Kayaks

United States:

Hard-sided kayak shipping:

  • $99 per kayak (in standard shipping zones) - Estimated Delivery is 25 business days* from order placement. The shipping provider will call you directly to schedule your delivery appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is correct at checkout.

Inflatable kayak shipping:

  • $70 per kayak - Estimated Delivery is 10 business days* from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered in up to 10 business days.

Canada:

To purchase products in Canada, please visit VibeKayaks.ca. Not all products available in Canada.

    Beyond Zones

    *Our listed shipping rates are for areas that fall within our carrier's standard shipping zones. Zip codes outside of these zones may incur an additional "beyond zone" fee and may require up to an additional 10 business days in transit.

    Please note that these shipping rates apply only to the lower 48 states. We regret that we are unable to offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

    *Delivery carriers may be experiencing delays. Vibe is not liable for delays from carriers once the order has been given to the delivery carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for additional information.


    Store Pickup

    You can now save on shipping by purchasing kayaks online and selecting Store Pickup at the cart page. Pickup locations and kayak models for this program are limited but will be expanding in the coming weeks!

    On the product page, look for a green checkmark labeled "Store Pickup" to see eligible kayaks and available locations. If a location is not listed, this means there is not a location available for pickup within 500 miles of your location.


    How to Inspect a Delivered Kayak

    It's important to inspect your kayak carefully and thoroughly upon delivery, so that you make sure you have everything you ordered, and that there were no damages in transit. If you have any problems, please email Vibe Customer Service at [email protected].

    If the product is signed for without damage being reported or if the driver leaves the property without the damage being reported, Vibe Kayaks won't be able to replace it.

    Kayak Shipping Damage Policy


    Returns

    Web Orders

    New items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. Items must be in a new condition, not show any use or wear, must have the retail packaging intact, and must be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.

    Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, the amount of your refund will be reduced.

    Rigid (polyethylene) kayaks are not covered by the 15-day return policy and cannot be returned. In person returns may be allowed case by case. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask their advice.

    Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.

    Vibe Kayaks is not responsible for any shipping fees, nor refund of shipping fees, associated with a customer refusing delivery of their kayak order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they or the person they purchased the kayak for are there at the shipped-to-address to receive the delivery from the shipping carrier, or have someone authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the customer according to shipping carrier policy. If a kayak delivery is refused by the customer and is returned to Vibe Kayaks, Vibe has the right to charge the customer another shipping fee to re-ship the kayak.

    Store Pickup Orders

    Kayaks are not returnable. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, contact our customer service team or dealer locations for advice.

    Inspect your kayak carefully. If there is damage, decline the product and email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your pickup time. Our team will process a refund. If you accept and take the product home, Vibe Kayaks won't be able to replace it or refund your order.


    Order Cancellations & Modifications

    Once an order is placed it begins processing and cannot be modified or cancelled. When you receive your order, you may return the order using our returns instructions (listed above).
